Welcome to ADCEND. By accessing or using our website and reward platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use ADCEND.

1. Eligibility

To use ADCEND, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate registration information.

  • Maintain only one account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account.

  • Keeping login credentials confidential.

  • All activity that occurs under your account.

ADCEND is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized account access.

3. Offer & Survey Participation

ADCEND partners with third-party advertising and survey providers.

When completing offers:

  • You must provide truthful and accurate information.

  • You must follow advertiser instructions.

  • You may not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or automation tools.

  • You may not attempt to manipulate tracking systems.

Advertisers may reverse credits for incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid activity. Reversed credits will be deducted from your balance.

4. Reward System

Users earn points or credits for completing verified offers.

Important:

  • Rewards are subject to advertiser confirmation.

  • Earnings may be held during a validation period.

  • ADCEND reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

5. Crypto Redemptions

ADCEND may allow rewards to be redeemed in cryptocurrency.

By redeeming crypto rewards:

  • You confirm your wallet address is accurate.

  • You understand blockchain transactions are irreversible.

  • ADCEND is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet information.

Crypto rewards may be subject to additional verification and holding periods.

6. Fraud & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Multiple accounts

  • VPN or proxy usage

  • Fake or misleading survey responses

  • Automated scripts or bots

  • Emulator usage

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Coordinated fraud activity

ADCEND reserves the right to:

  • Reverse earnings

  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts

  • Withhold unpaid balances

  • Report fraudulent activity to advertising partners

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Suspicious behavior

  • Fraud risk

  • Abuse of advertisers

Termination may result in forfeiture of pending rewards.

8. Payment & Validation

All earnings are contingent upon:

  • Successful tracking

  • Advertiser approval

  • No chargebacks or reversals

ADCEND does not guarantee availability of any specific offer.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and platform materials are property of ADCEND and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ADCEND is not responsible for:

  • Third-party offer provider actions

  • Survey disqualifications

  • Tracking failures

  • Technical errors

  • Losses related to cryptocurrency volatility

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Service

ADCEND reserves the right to:

  • Modify reward rates

  • Change withdrawal limits

  • Remove offers

  • Update policies

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ADCEND operates.

 

13. Device Fingerprinting

To help prevent fraud, ADCEND may use device identification technologies such as device fingerprinting.

Device fingerprinting may collect technical information including but not limited to:

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system

  • Screen resolution

  • Device configuration

  • IP address

  • Other technical identifiers

This information is used strictly for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and to ensure fair use of the platform.

By using ADCEND, you consent to the use of device fingerprinting technologies to detect abuse, prevent multiple accounts, and protect advertisers and legitimate users.
