At ADCEND, we are committed to maintaining a fair and secure rewards environment for both our users and advertising partners. Fraudulent activity harms our community and violates our agreements with offer providers. This policy outlines the measures we take to prevent abuse and the consequences of violating our rules.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

ADCEND enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Fake or duplicate accounts

  • VPN, proxy, or TOR usage

  • Identity misrepresentation

  • Offer manipulation

  • Automated scripts or bots

  • Emulator usage

  • Incentivized fraud rings

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Survey dishonesty

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

2. Account Restrictions

To protect our advertisers and users:

  • Only one account per person is allowed.

  • Multiple accounts from the same household may be limited.

  • Accounts must use a valid, verified email address.

  • Temporary or disposable email addresses are prohibited.

ADCEND reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious accounts.

3. VPN, Proxy & IP Monitoring

ADCEND actively monitors:

  • VPN connections

  • Proxy servers

  • Datacenter IP addresses

  • Suspicious geographic changes

Users found accessing offers through masked IP addresses may have:

  • Offers reversed

  • Accounts restricted

  • Permanent bans issued

4. Offer & Survey Integrity

Users must:

  • Provide truthful and accurate survey responses.

  • Complete offers as instructed by the advertiser.

  • Avoid manipulating tracking systems.

  • Not repeatedly attempt offers after disqualification.

Advertisers may reverse credits for incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid activity. Reversed offers will be deducted from the user’s balance.

5. Reward Holding Period

To protect against chargebacks and advertiser reversals:

  • Offer earnings may be held for a validation period.

  • Rewards are only released after advertiser confirmation.

  • ADCEND reserves the right to delay withdrawals for review.

Crypto rewards are irreversible. Fraudulent withdrawals will result in permanent bans.

6. Monitoring & Detection Systems

ADCEND uses fraud detection systems including:

  • IP monitoring

  • Device fingerprinting

  • Behavioral analysis

  • Manual account review

  • Automated risk scoring

Suspicious activity may trigger account review at any time.

7. Withdrawal Controls

To prevent abuse:

  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply.

  • Accounts may require age requirements before cashout.

  • High-value withdrawals may require identity verification.

ADCEND reserves the right to freeze withdrawals pending investigation.

8. Enforcement Actions

If fraud is detected, ADCEND may:

  • Reverse earned points

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Withhold unpaid balances

  • Report fraudulent activity to advertising partners

Severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

9. Device Fingerprinting

ADCEND uses advanced anti-fraud technology including device fingerprinting to detect suspicious activity.

Device fingerprinting allows the platform to recognize devices that attempt to create multiple accounts or bypass restrictions.

If our system detects behavior that indicates:

  • Multiple accounts from the same device

  • VPN or proxy usage

  • Attempts to bypass restrictions

  • Suspicious offer completion patterns

the account may be flagged for review or suspended.

This system helps protect legitimate users and ensures advertisers continue providing offers on the platform.

10. Agreement to Terms

By using ADCEND, you agree to comply with this Anti-Fraud Policy and understand that violation of these terms may result in loss of earnings and account termination.
